All products are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, texture, or design are natural and are not considered defects.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges may be limited, especially for made-to-order or customised jewellery.

• Any return or exchange request must be raised within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos and/or videos of the package and product are required for verification.

4. Refunds

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

• Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

5. Non-Returnable Items
